Darlisa Diltz
Darlisa has blazed the trail of entrepreneurship with passion and force. As a 1st generation college student, she is educated with a double bachelors in Marketing and Sports Entertainment Management, a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Information Technology with a project management distinction. She has played a vital role in several ecosystem building initiatives worldwide to include the St. Louis Cortex Innovation District, Rural Entrepreneurship Initiative with Louisiana Economic Development and The Process Academy for Women Entrepreneurs of St. Lucia.
Since 2011, Darlisa has worked in the small business and community development space providing resources and consultation specific to underutilized access through entrepreneur education. In 2018, Darlisa opened the 1st for-profit, black-women owned business service organization with a focus on Entrepreneur education and development in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Since that time, she has joined forces with several organizations globally to advocate in the areas of entrepreneur development, community engagement and economic impact.
Saul David
Saul David's entrepreneurial journey began humbly in the garage of his home, where he founded his logistics business with determination and vision. Over the span of 20 years, he has transformed his startup into a thriving enterprise, earning him the prestigious title of Hispanic Businessman of the Year in 2019. In addition to his business achievements, Saul is an active member of the community, serving on the board of directors for the NE Tarrant Chamber of Commerce as well as the Community Enrichment Center. He has been honored with the Hometown Hero Award for his significant contributions to local food banks and transitional housing initiatives, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact in the Fort Worth community. As the founder of a non-profit organization Tithe Life, Saul advocates for generosity by encouraging individuals to share their time, talents, and treasures for God and advancing His Kingdom
Craig Hulse
Craig and his team are responsible for facilitating recruitment, expansion and retention efforts with the
business, real estate and development sectors. His department proactively pursues target industries by
providing value-added services that encourage NRH as a place for investment.
Recognized by the International Economic Development Council, Craig is one of approximately eleven
hundred Certified Economic Developers worldwide. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Northeast
Leadership Forum (NLF), on the board of the North Central Texas Economic Development District
(NCTEDD) and is an active member in the Northeast Tarrant Chamber of Commerce, the Texas Economic
Development Council (TEDC) and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
A Texan since 2000, Craig has been with North Richland Hills since 2008. In addition to over 15 years of
Economic Development experience, he spent 10 years with GTE-Verizon across various management
roles.
