Shannon Watt
Shannon M. Watt currently serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking for Frost Bank. He has been with Frost since 2004 serving as a Credit Analyst, Commercial Loan Officer, Community Leader, and Sales Manager. At Frost, he helps lead a team of Business Bankers build long-term relationships with business owners in DFW based on top-quality service, high ethical standards, and trusted financing solutions.
Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in finance at Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration at The University of Texas at Arlington.
Shannon is active in his community serving multiple community organizations including the Northeast Leadership Forum, Northeast Tarrant Chamber, Longhorn Council of the Boy Scouts of America, North Area Council of the Fort Worth Chamber, Fort Worth Business Assistance Center, YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, and the Camp Bowie District.
Shannon is a graduate of Leadership Northeast and Leadership Fort Worth – Leading Edge.
Shannon has received multiple honors and awards including Bob Hamilton MVP of the Year and Gertrude Tarpley Director of the Year from the Northeast Tarrant Chamber, Henry Meadows Volunteer of the Year from the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, and Forty Under Forty Honoree from the Fort Worth Business Press.
Reinaldo Alvarez
Reinaldo Alvarez was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, on September 8, 1979. At age 10, he and his family moved to Austin, Texas, marking the beginning of his journey in the United States. Despite initial challenges adapting to a new country, Reinaldo persevered and gradually found his place, learning English and adjusting to American life. The family relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, when he was 12, presenting Reinaldo with further obstacles in a tougher neighborhood. Nevertheless, he excelled academically through middle school and his early high school years. Post-graduation, he joined the U.S. Army as a 13 Bravo, Field Artillery. His military career included two tours in Afghanistan, where he earned the Bronze Star for his service. After leaving the Army in 2008, Reinaldo became a New York State Trooper, applying his military-honed skills in law enforcement for over sixteen years. Upon retiring on May 9, 2024, he transitioned into the role of Business Optimization Specialist at Schooley Mitchell, focusing on helping businesses reduce costs and improve efficiencies. In his free time, Reinaldo enjoys traveling with his wife and playing with their two Yorkies, Louie and Leila. A dedicated professional, he also channels his passion for storytelling through his children’s books, inspiring young readers to use their imagination for good.
